About Me
Pronouns: she/her

I love fresh flowers. My people. And sunsets.

I worked with non-profits in creating their marketing and promotional materials for over 15 years as a graphic designer, but when I reached my 40s, I felt my passions shift. I've always found myself walking alongside others in open and supportive ways but wanted to be more equipped to effectively help. I decided to return to school to become a therapist; it took me a long time to end up right where I was supposed to be.

I welcome and embrace those who have survived trauma, been ostracized, and felt alone. I am a mom of kids adopted from the foster system, kids in the LGBTQ community, and a friend to survivors of complex trauma and those in marginalized groups. In these relationships, I have found tremendous beauty in joining people in the pain they carry due to their life experiences. It is an honor to walk alongside them and lighten the load.

I look forward to doing the same with you.
